How to Point-LEMC token transfer

1. Select 'My Points/Coins' from My Info

2. Click on 'Transition'

3. Enter transition holdpoint

4. If you enter the point you want to switch to, the expected LEMC will be displayed, the 'Switch to LEMC Coin' button will be activated, and click to proceed further

5. Point has been changed to LEMC!
