# 6.2.2 랜딩 프로토콜(Lending Protocols): 헬스케어 데이터 기반의 예대마진 모델

레몬체인 생태계에서 활용되는 수많은 자산들을 활용한 담보 대출 서비스이다. 예를 들면, 내가 가진 헬스케어 데이터나 유전자 NFT 또는 레몬체인 등이 담보가 될 수 있다. LTV(담보대출비율) 수준은 생태계 환경에 맞춰지겠지만 일반적으로 60%정도의 가치를 환산해 줄 예정이다. 담보의 가치가 낮아질 경우 프로토콜에 의해 담보물을 자동 매각해 대출 청산이 진행된다.
